After the plaintiff was injured, she was taken to the house of one Horsch, where the fracture of her broken leg *343was reduced and the limb was dressed in order that sbe might be carried home. And the first exception taken by the counsel for the defendant is to the ruling of the court below on the objection taken to the question asked Horsch. He was asked on the part of the plaintiff, if be knew whether either of her legs was broken; and he answered that both bones in the left leg were broken, three fingers wide above the ankle.
