NATURE OF CASE

James Thomas Hall, also known as Thomas Duane Strawder, appeals from district court orders in four separate cases. The four cases were consolidated before this court. In three declaratory judgment actions, cases Nos. S-01-414, S-01-620, and S-01-621, Hall appeals the granting of the State’s motions for summary judgment by the district court for Lancaster County. In case No. S-01-871, Hall appeals the order denying his motion for postconviction relief entered by the district court for Hall County.
