— Judgment insofar as appealed from unanimously reversed on the law and matter remitted to Monroe County Court for further proceedings, in accordance with the following memorandum: Defendant pleaded guilty to a superior court information charging him with two counts of assault in the second degree in full satisfaction of that information and unrelated pending charges of rape and assault.
