KEVIN MCNULTY, U.S.D.J.: This matter arises out of a contract between plaintiff Norman Adie and defendant Alexander James Stewart. Adie allegedly lent Stewart $225,000, which Stewart did not repay. Stewart instead agreed to perform services at certain movie theaters owned by Adie to discharge the loan.
