This class action was originally brought by Stephen R. Steinberg (“Steinberg” or the “Plaintiff’), on behalf of himself and the putative class, against Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (“Nationwide” or the “Defendant”), seeking a class certification, an injunction, compensatory damages, and attorney’s fees. The case arises out of an alleged breach of Nationwide’s contractual obligations under insurance policies it issued.
