In this case Charles Willis appeals from the District Court’s decision that his former wife, Elizabeth Willis, was entitled to contribution for interest which she paid on a 1969 loan. Defendant Cleveland Trust, executor for Harvey Firestone (Elizabeth’s father), appeals from the court’s ruling that it had personal jurisdiction over Cleveland Trust. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the District Court’s determination that it could assert jurisdiction over Cleveland Trust. We affirm, although for…
