The appellant was convicted of the crime of seduction and duly prosecutes this appeal.
First. The State called a witness, Dr. Armstrong, and asked him if the defendant had not come to him and asked him for medicine to make a woman come around. This the doctor denied, and he was then asked if he had not told the father of the prosecuting witness, and also a Mr. Westmoreland, that the defendant had made such a request.
