This action is brought by plaintiff, a judgment creditor of the Manhattan Consumers Brewing Company, for a sequestration of its property and to compel the defendant Manufacturers and Traders National Bank of Buffalo to account for moneys received by it, being the proceeds of the sale of the real and personal property of the judgment debtor.
