The plaintiff, Officer John Gantert, appeals an order of the Superior Court ('Wageling, J.) granting summary judgment to the defendants, the City of Rochester, the Rochester Police Department, and the Rochester Police Commission, on the plaintiffs claims of tortious interference with prospective advantageous business relations, violations of his procedural due process rights, and damage to his reputation.
