Sagar and his former wife were divorced in 2001, and they were granted joint custody of their child. Sagar v. Sagar, 57 Mass. App. Ct. 71 (2003) (affirming judgment of divorce). Sagar has since filed a complaint for modification in the Probate and Family Court, seeking among other things to change his visitation schedule with the child.
