The parties to this action will be referred to herein as in the court below, as plaintiff and defendant.
This is an action brought by plaintiff against defendant to recover money paid by plaintiff, while County and Prosecuting Attorney of Johnson County, as rent for offices occupied by him as such county attorney, at the rate of $30 per month from September 29, 1919, until the first Monday in January, 1923, amounting to $1170.
