This is an appeal from a decree dismissing a bill of complaint of the receiver of the Maryland Insurance Agency Company against the appellees to recover what the bill alleges to be unpaid subscriptions to the capital stock of the company. The printed record contains 440 pages and is very confusing, owing to a great extent to the fact that much of it is taken up with objections, and arguments of solicitors and the rulings of the Court during the taking of the testimony.
