Each of the several accused in this case has been convicted, following joint trial by general court-martial, under two specifications of robbery, one specification of assault with intent to commit murder, and one specification of assault with intent to commit robbery, violations, respectively, of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 122 and 134, 50 USC §§ 716 and 728.
