*636On May 1, 2019, the Court issued its Order and Reasons1 on the Motion in Limine2 filed by Defendant EPI Consultants ("EPI"), seeking to exclude testimony from Plaintiff's expert, Robert McGowen. The Court sua sponte reconsiders its Order and Reasons, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b).3
BACKGROUND
