MEMORANDUM DECISION

ROBERT E. GROSSMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court is the Debtor’s motion to voluntarily dismiss this chapter 13 petition pursuant to section 1307(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, and the Court’s sua sponte order directing the Debtor to show cause why this case should not be converted to chapter 7 under section 1307(c) of the Bankruptcy Code based upon allegations of the Debtor’s bad faith conduct during the course of this chapter 13 case raised by the Chapter 13 Trustee (“Trustee”).
