MILES, Chief Judge.
In this case the plaintiff PBGC seeks to be appointed permanent trustee of the Challenge Stamping and Porcelain Company Hourly Employees Pension Plan, to have the Pension Plan ordered terminated, to establish a termination date of August 10, 1979, and to have defendant Heinicke Instruments Company adjudged to be a member of the control group of Puffer-Hubbard Products, Inc. for the purpose of employer liability under section 4062 ol“ Title IV of ERISA, 29 U.S.C. § 1362.
