Respondent Shirley Bowing, a tenured facalty member of Green River Community College, was dis missed by the appellant, Board of Trustees. Pursuant to RCW 28B.50.864 of the Community College Act of 1967 and RCW 34.04.130 of the administrative procedure act, she sought judicial review of her dismissal. The trial judge granted Bowing’s motion for summary judgment and ordered reinstatement. We reverse.
