Harley Grizzel, Norman Louis Farr, alias Louis Fawr, alias Frank Johnson, alias Frank Wittenbrink, alias Robert Cramer, and Thomas Fagin, alias Tommy Fagan, alias Herman Berlin, alias Herman Berlinda, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were indicted in the circuit court of Coles county, on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon on William Allen, with intent to commit murder.
