Appeal by the City of St. Louis, plaintiff, from an order and judgment of the circuit court of said city allowing interest in the sum of $14,875 upon a fund paid into court in condemnation proceedings.

Plaintiff city had instituted proceedings, pursuant to its charter and ordinances, for the widening and improvement of Market Street, requiring the condemnation of private property. Blanke-Wenneker Candy Company, a corporation, was lessee of certain real estate in which it had installed "trade fixtures" which it claimed to own.
