MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WALTER J. KRASNIEWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon the Motion of Defendants, Mary Ellen Gott-fried and C. Richard Gottfried, for an Order dismissing this adversary complaint as it pertains to them for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The motion is denied.
