This matter is before the court on the plaintiff’s Objection To Application For Removal/Motion For Remand. 1
On June 21, 1982, the plaintiff, Plessey Precision Metals, Inc. (Plessey) instituted suit in the Superior Court of the State of Connecticut for the Judicial District of New Haven against the debtor and William J. Gardner (Gardner).
