MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CONABOY, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This Memorandum addresses the post trial motions of Defendant Volvo White which seek this Court to amend its earlier judgment on the issue of successor liability, and moves for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for new trial on the questions of liability and damages. Because this Court is persuaded by Volvo White’s arguments that it may not be held liable under the circumstances of this case on any theory of successor corporate liability, this Court will vacate the earlier judgments entered against Volvo White and will direct…
