This was a suit’for damages in the sum of three thous- •and dollars which plaintiff alleges was caused by an illegal seizure under a writ of attachment, and in addition to the claim foi damages, for an injunction restraining the sheriff and the creditor who had proceeded by attachment to recover his claim, from proceeding further runder the writ of attachment.
