Beplevin by defendant in error against plaintiff in error. Plaintiff had judgment, and defendant brings the ease here by writ of error.
The complaint alleged that on the 10th day of February, 1897, the plaintiff was the owner and lawfully possessed of certain specified goods and chattels of the value of $900, and that on that day the defendant wrongfully took them from his possession.
