Sunray DX Oil Company and nine others filed a petition to review the Commission’s Opinion 422 and order of March 23, 1964, as affirmed on rehearing by Opinion 422-A and order of May 27, 1964. We sustained the Commission’s motion to dismiss all petitioners but Sun-ray and denied a similar motion to dismiss Sunray without prejudice to the renewal of the motion after certification of the record.
