Plaintiff, Phillip Rizzo, sought administrative relief from a decision of defendant, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Evergreen Park Police Pension Fund (the Board), denying his application for a disability pension under the Illinois Pension Code (40 ILCS 5/3 — 101 et seq. (West 1996)) (the Code). The trial court reversed the Board’s decision and the Board now appeals from that judgment.
