This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing the amended and supplemental complaint of the plaintiff (appellant) in an action brought by him, ■ as the owner of the Lincoln Barber College, against the defendants (appellees) to recover damages resulting from the alleged repudiation of his contract with the Veterans’ Administration for the training of eligible veterans in barbering.
