The bankrupt’s reviewing petition in the above matter seeks to reverse the judgment of the referee, refusing and disallowing his claim of $500 exemption from personal estate in lieu of homestead. The referee’s finding of facts is not excepted to. The material parts thereof will be briefly stated:
