Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Chemung *614County) to review a determination of respondent which terminated petitioner’s employment.

In June 1990, respondent issued disciplinary charges against petitioner, one of its tenured automotive mechanics teachers; more specifically, 12 charges of insubordination, incompetence, conduct unbecoming a teacher and neglect of duty.
