K.D. and Z.H. are the parents of twin boys, Z.C.(l) and Z.C.(2), who were infants when they were sheltered after Z.C.(l) suffered severe injuries while he was in the parents’ care. The Department of Children and Families (DCF) filed an expedited petition to terminate the parental rights to both children based on egregious conduct' toward Z.C.(l) under section 39.806(l)(f), Florida Statutes (2009), and aggravated child abuse of Z.C.(l) under section 39.806(l)(g).
