OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

{1 Carlos Vorher petitions for extraordinary relief pursuant to rule 65B(d) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, seeking to vacate a criminal sentence imposed by the district court. 1 See generally Utah R. Civ. P. 65B(d) (governing the availability of extraordinary relief to remedy the wrongful use of judicial authority). Vorher was originally charged in justice court with class B misdemeanor voyeurism.
