CASE SUMMARY

Plaintiff-appellant John D. Lind, M.D. (Lind) appeals from the trial court’s refusal to set aside the revocation of his medical license, raising numerous constitutional, procedural, and evidentiary errors.

We affirm.

FACTS

This cause was initiated when the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana (Board) sought to discipline Lind under Ind.Code § 25-22.5-6-2 1 for being convicted of violating 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 (conspiracy), 842(h) (unlawfully dealing with stolen explosives), 844(i) (damaging property used in interstate commerce by means of an explosive); and 26 U.S.C.…
