Appellant was sued in the trial court by J. R. Noble, as plaintiff, under terms of the Workmen's Compensation Law, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St. art.8306 et seq., by reason of total and partial incapacity alleged to have resulted from personal injuries accidentally sustained on or about August 7, 1936, while employed by the Ford Motor Company.
