OPINION

TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.

Marion and Thomas Carr, appellants, sued Gregory H. Smith, D.O. and Scott Allen, M.D. for medical malpractice. The only issues appellants present for review after their two-week jury trial relate to the propriety of the jury shuffle granted by *131the trial court on Allen’s motion. We reverse.
