In an action to recover damages for unjust enrichment, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his letter, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Palella, J.), entered July 3, 1986, as granted a motion of the defendant New York Tile Wholesale Corporation to dismiss the second cause of action asserted against it for failure to state a cause of action.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
