This is an appeal by Irma Hokenson from an interlocutory decree of divorce entered on May 12, 1945, whereby Leroy Hokenson, plaintiff, was awarded the decree on the ground of cruelty. By such decree defendant was denied a decree of divorce and the other relief asked for in her cross-complaint, other than that plaintiff was ordered to pay defendant two hundred dollars on account of attorney’s fees.
