Appellant Darrel Hawkins appeals the judgments of conviction and sentences in two felony cases in which the trial court revoked his community supervision. We conclude that Hawkins’s appeals are frivolous and without merit. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Hawkins pleaded guilty to the offense of possession of a controlled substance. After a pre-sentence investigation and pursuant to an agreed punishment recommendation, the trial court deferred adjudication, assessed a fine of $1,000, and placed Hawkins on probation for a term of eight years.
