This action arises from a contract for the purchase and sale of corporate stock. The complaint of plaintiffs McNeil and Dawsey alleges that on September 16, 1983, they entered into an agreement with defendants C. L. Cowart, Randall Cowart, and Cowart’s Commercial Supply Company, Inc. by which they were to acquire 52 percent of the outstanding common stock of the corporate defendant.
