Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Nicolai, J.), rendered October 29, 1985, convicting him of attempted assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal mischief in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
