Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Silver-man, J.), rendered January 25, 1991, convicting him of robbery in the second degree and petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

On May 4, 1990, at approximately 4:40 p.m., the defendant hid two packages of cured ham from the meat department of a Waldbaum’s Supermarket in a bag.
