*152Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Sheldon Levy, J.), entered December 28, 2001, which granted defendant Henry Coleman’s motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7), modified, on the law, to the extent of denying the motion with respect to the cause of action for legal malpractice as to all defendants, and said cause reinstated, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
