This is an appeal from an order entered by the trial court denying an “Application to Reopen Motion 27.26 and to Amend the Pleadings” (hereinafter referred to as the subsequent motion) which was filed by appellant (hereinafter referred to as the mov-ant) in connection with a Rule 27.26 motion previously ruled adversely to him.
