This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County awarding attorneys’ fees. Attorneys Blumenfeld & Abrams filed suit for separate maintenance for Minnie Schenberg against Mitchell Schenberg. The latter filed an answer and cross-bill for divorce. After the rendition of extensive legal services Blumenfeld & Abrams filed a motion for leave to withdraw as attorneys for Minnie and at the same time filed an application for attorneys’ fees for services rendered.
