ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES—REGULATORY INTERPRETATION— MEDICAID Appellee Abigail Sulerzyski, a Medicaid participant with numerous complex medical needs who had been receiving 137 hours of private duty nursing services (“PDN”) per week, requested an additional 31 hours of PDN from appellant, the Maryland Department of Health.
