This appeal on questions of law comes to this court from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court entered on the verdict of a jury in an appropriation case. The defendant claims errors in the introduction and rejection of evidence, in the charge of the court and in the refusal to give a requested charge before argument; error in the general charge; misjoinder of parties; and that the judgment is against the weight of the evidence.
