This is a suit in equity to enforce the marital rights of a widow in real estate transferred by her husband, on the eve of their marriage, to his children by a former marriage, subject to the reservation of a life-estate and a $300 mortgage; to set aside said deed; to determine title to the real estate involved; and for partition.
