OPINION OF THE COURT ON REMAND

FELDER, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas at a general court-martial, the officer members convicted appellant of rape, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter cited as UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. § 920 (1982). His approved sentence extends to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for two years, total forfeitures, and reduction to Private E-l.
