ABLEMAN, Judge.
This is the Court’s decision on a Motion for Relief From Judgment Pursuant to Rule 60(b)(1) filed by petitioner, Dorothy M. Opher, in the above-captioned divorce action. The motion was filed by petitioner on March 5,1987. No response has been filed by respondent, Edward L. Opher, although petitioner’s counsel has certified that she mailed two copies of the motion to respondent. The motion seeks relief, pursuant to Rule 60(b)(1) of the Family Court Rules, from an Order of this Court dated April 7, 1986, dismissing all ancillary matters in this action.
