Former employee of Nissan North America, Inc. filed this action against Nissan alleging retaliatory discharge following his filing of a workers’ compensation claim. A discovery dispute ensued wherein Nissan objected claiming the requests were not relevant and that it would violate the Americans with Disabilities Act if it provided the discovery.
