ORDER REGARDING OBJECTION TO VALUATION

The matter before the court in this chapter 13 case is the secured creditor’s objection to the debtor’s valuation of collateral. A hearing was held in Raleigh, North Carolina on August 6,1997.
The chapter 13 debtor, Bruce Russell, owns a 1993 Nissan Altima (“Nissan”) that is subject to a lien held by the Raleigh Post Office Employees’ Credit Union in the approximate amount of $10,000.
